Policy Renewal

 

We will send you a renewal invitation and proposal form eight weeks prior to the renewal date. Please complete and return your proposal form in good time to allow underwriters to provide your full renewal terms before the expiry of your policy.

Our quotations are valid for 30 days, we therefore do not generally issue renewal quotations more than 30 days prior to renewal.

Some of our insureds may benefit from our simplified renewal process, if your firm is eligible for this process we will not require you to complete a new proposal form. We will email your renewal terms approximately 30 days prior to renewal, to proceed with these renewal terms we ask that you complete a short declaration to confirm your last years income and no major changes to your business.
